Sitting in a meadow encircled by flowers and undergrowth, taking in the sweet and sour smell of forest fruit, lying in the middle of a field, getting tickled by the stems, your face brushed by a wind breezing over, it all seems insanely natural yet bizzare in the glass-metal-concrete bubble of the twenty-first century. Feeling the desperate urge to belong to nature once again, designers worldwide attempted to restore the earthly balance in our homes by delivering furniture so ravishingly beautiful that you get the feeling Mother Earth herself must have waved her magic wand to finish it up.
